Watts Works Online
Our e-learning portal, Watts Works Online has been helping our customers to improve their knowledge since its launch in 2020.
Through the portal, we offer self-paced, on-demand online training on products and solutions from across all Watts brands that’s suitable whether you’re an installer, specifier, wholesaler, new to Watts or an existing customer. The 5 to 10-minute training modules cover key topics such as check valves, backflow prevention, pressure-reducing valves, and water quality.
Upon completion of each eligible course, you'll be awarded tokens that can be accrued and redeemed for lifestyle merchandise through the Learn & Earn program. Sign up today.
Accredited CPD
We have created an accredited CPD about gas safety shut-off valves based on our expertise. This two-hour CPD training session includes an introduction to safety shut-off valves, valve technology as well as energy efficiency and monitoring systems for gas safety isolation in both commercial and industrial applications. There is also an overview of the use of traditional systems versus new technology in the form of electro-hydraulic systems.

Purpose-built Training Academy
In 2019, we launched our purpose-built Training Academy at our St Neots headquarters to enable us to deliver high quality training in a comfortable environment. Our experienced Watts team offer a range of product training but, because of the ongoing pandemic, we are currently offering online training via Teams as opposed to in our Academy.
